Welcome to my Culinary Portfolio! This is the place where I showcase my creations from culinary class. It’s the result of my passion for cooking and experimenting with flavors. I invite you to explore my culinary journey and the delicious dishes I’ve mastered.
Culinary Training:
I am currently attending the prestigious Culinary Program at Colorado Mountain College. My classes have equipped me with the skills to create exquisite dishes and desserts that tantalize the taste buds.
Currently:
I am a chef in training at the Carlin in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Previously:
I was an inside sales associate for Angi for two years before starting this program. I also spent two years traveling in England, France and Spain. I worked as a marketing consultant during Paris Fashion Week, in June 2020 and then at various hostels in each country. I have worked in the food industry since 2013 as back of house and front of house support.
